Our Background
Originally from Omaha, NE, I graduated from the University of Nebraska, where I was honored to be a 3-time All-American in track and field. With over 15 years of experience of working at various NCAA institutions, I have a solid understanding of the athletic landscape and what it takes to be a successful student-athlete.

In 2019, I decided to develop a comprehensive way to bridge the gap for high students that aspire to be collegian athletes. We originally named our company "Flight School" but you could probably see where the confusion would lie if you tried to google search us. We then thought we could develop a unique way for our company to stick out through our name. Using our mission statement as guidance we knew our goal was to help young students fly once they left the safety nest of home. We also did not want them to simply FLY, we are over achievers naturally, so we want them to be the same. After playing with words we created something that had an original sound with a creative look, Fly.te, which stands for Fly To Excellence.
At Fly.te Athletics, our focus is on molding athletes aged 12-19 into well-rounded individuals who excel both on and off the field. Through Fly.te Performance, our flagship offering, we aim to enhance the bio-motor capabilities of each athlete, reducing the risk of injuries and optimizing performance outcomes. But our vision extends beyond producing great athletes; we're committed to nurturing future leaders and mitigate mental health related issues.
Fly.te Athletics strives to prepare athletes not just physically but also academically and mentally for leadership roles in their next endeavors, which we help them discover. Our goal is to empower young athletes to achieve their aspirations and manifest their desired goals through our comprehensive development programs.

Our 10-16 week flagship programming is centered around highly researched methods that we have identified as essential skills to have as a student athlete at the next level. We pride ourselves on preparing student athletes within the three phases of their individual development.

Thank you for visiting Fly.te Performance, I hope we can grow together. As we say here,
